Note sure if it should be part of the whitepaper. It feels like a separate blog/turorial would be adequate.

@bwplotka do you envision this similar to the TAG App Delivery Potato Head tutorials? https://github.com/podtato-head/podtato-head

Maybe a selection of tutorials could be based on the potato head app and address different observability goals/ adding and using different types of telemetry?

To add, what do you think of working with Tag App Delivery to add a repository to the potato-head GitHub organisation on observability?

  • To reduce duplicating efforts
  • Have a separate repository at a place where people can find the tutorials instead of adding the tutorials to the TAG Observability Repo https://github.com/cncf/tag-observability

A tutorial such as this may well fit under the Observe k8s WG, which is part of TAG Observability

I just wanted to write that after reading through the WG objectives 😄 the repository proposed would be a great place to host this
