Background

We have started Japanese localization in #147. This will be a long journey, but we have decided to begin with the l10n of "CNCF Cloud Native AI White Paper". (Thanks @kenta-iijima!!)

Translate "CNCF Cloud Native AI White Paper" into Japanese

Note

This White Paper is approximately 700 lines long. Should we divide it into several parts to work on it? (I think we should divide it into a first half and a second half.)

First half: From the beginning of the file to ## Challenges For Cloud Native Artificial Intelligence
Second half: From ## Path Forward with Cloud Native Artificial Intelligence to the end of the file

I'll work on the first half of the translation (from the beginning of the file to the ##Challenges For Cloud Native Artificial Intelligence section) in #147.
