There are very basic puppet manifests at the moment, only templates/snippets in fact.
These need to be updated to be real puppet manifests, so that people can build out an instance without having to get their random distro to get just the right versions of everything.

Looks like this works now, as of 8364468 at least as far as starting up the servers is concerned.
I haven't tested it with a remote client, however.
