Improve automated build to include target plateform update

Expected behavior

Target platform should be continuously updated.

Actual behavior

Build process depends on Eclipses updates. Every new release of Eclipse makes the target platform dependencies unreachables. It requires to make a target plateform update directly in the project and to commit the update.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Build i-Code CNES on a new Eclipse release
