[Bug] Have a loader or fallback img for avatars in channel's messages

Describe the bug
Sometimes, the avatar img doesn't load well and we have a big ROUNDED AVATAR in text as a default fallback, we'd better have a loader and/or a fallback img.
Steps to reproduce
when going to the chat and sending message, sometimes the image doesn't load well
Expected behavior
having a better fallback than the text
