Windows 10 is throwing security warnings when trying to install ADAM. Do we need developer licenses with Window, or what will resolve this?

AD4M 0.3.4 on win 10, but Mic def warned me not to do so, got a popup saying => "Windows protected your PC", "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.".
