Setting a subdomain

I have 0.11.11 version of the code and I need to install another app on a subdomain. Any suggestion on how to configure Ghost for this purpose?
My Ghost installation is like:
myghost.com
And the new installation will be:
app.myghost.com
So far I managed to route with cloudflare, but on app.myghost.com loads myghost.com
