Getting this error on pressing Deploy App on Heroku:

An error was encountered when contacting the add-on partner to create mailgun:starter: local variable 'a' referenced before assignment.

Initially Deploy App was a success but i had to delete that app and trying to create new one.

I think probably problem is with Mailgun or Heroku.
Somebody not clearing the environment cleanly.

I tried to provision after 6 days and it's working now.
