Cannot automatically run on n2 machines in GCP

roachprod out of the box doesn't work with Google's n2- class machines. However, there is a fix in cockroachdb/cockroach#40801; once that's merged, it'll be helpful to indicate that if there are any problems to ensure that the roachprod builds include that PR.
