cocos 2d-js 3.16 ios微信小游戏提示错误 [wxgl]load image fail/[wxgl] errror background teximage2d，远程资源下载过程中，切后台，会触发资源下载失败，切回前台，发现loading界面 卡死/黑屏，android无此问题
