Remove `edited by warden` label

I believe the label edited-by-warden should be removed for the following reasons:

• The label brings zero value to the report. What matters of a report is its final state, what would it matter if I know the report was modified during the audit timeline?
• Sensitive data can be added to the report by mistake, in which the current mechanism allows browsing historical modifications of a report, which reveals the sensitive data leaked mistakenly.
• The label creates somehow a feeling of unprofessionalism. I myself hate seeing the label added to my report. So, if I find some spelling mistakes, I avoid fixing them just for the stake of not seeing the label.

According to the above, I believe the label has no value.
