bug: Small issue of loading position

Describe the bug
The Loading was on the left until the refresh database shows up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just go to app.100xdevs.com and refresh.
2. You will see the loading is positioned on left.

Expected behavior
If the refresh database button is on center the loading must be on the center.
