Overview
We need a pull request template that can be filled out with useful information so that when PRs are submitted, reviewers can know what is being added.
Action Items
- Determine what information needs to go in the template
- Find other templates and figure out how to implement them in our project
- Create template
- Within template, include examples so that people can see what a good PR looks like

@SyntheticNerd has a PR template they've used in the past so we are going to give this a try!
