Table improvements: FA and hide/show data columns

Various improvements to frontend tables, including:

  • Ability to hide columns
    • (This is so id cols can be expressed in dataset but not shown to user)
    • (This also paves the way for hiding/showing custom layouts)
  • FontAwesome edit icons w/ event bubbling for linking to specific rows
