Users getting confused between signing up for chapter and signing up for a workshop

Description of the issue 📄

When a new user is sent a link to a workshop, they are invited to create an account. After doing so they are directed to subscribe to the chapter as either a student or a coach. However, they are not taken back to the original workshop, so even though they may have subscribed to the chapter, they aren't registered for the workshop.
