Windows8 Start Menu\Metro item's URL needs appended "/index.html" to avoid error.

Windows8 Start Menu\Metro item "BitMeter OS Web Interface" URL for v0.8.0 needs to append at the end "/index.html" to avoid "Corrupted Content Error" displayed in browser that states "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected."
As a work around to point the URL properly, simply replace the menu entry with a copy where in the shortcuts properties URL "/index.html" has been added. The file needs to be replaced because windows refused to allow changes to the URL while in menu folders.
