Range sliders / Dimmers

Is there any pre-existing UI element that could be used to manage dimmers / sliders within HA Menu?

There isn't, I'm using the native mac menu controls which are very limited in what you could add.
Personally I use scenes and have multiple scenes in a custom group displayed as a sub menu item.
