Vulnerability in dependencies

Hi,

Github reports about vulnerabilities in one of the dependencies when using codeclimate-test-reporter.

Please update to newer version of request package.

The vulnerable package is hoek. The dependency chain is as follows:
request -> hawk -> cryptiles -> book -> hoek
