Chore: Automate hosting the codecov JSON Schema so it is availble for more IDE's as configuration.

The LSP features added in this plugin are mostly powered by the standardized JSON Schema file, if we self host the latest version of the schema users bringing their own IDE's could configure them to also leverage the extensions language features.
Example:
For example you could enable Codecov language features for VIM https://github.com/b0o/SchemaStore.nvim
