drag and drop is not working with new jquery/jquery-ui -1.13.2

Hi Team,
We have upgraded jquery ui from 1.11.4 to jquery/jquery-ui with version 1.13.2. From then, the drag and drop functionality is not working. We are using angular-dragdrop with version 1.0.11. Do we have to update this?
