Although I can trigger review for organization repo's using the general scanner URL, they frequently expire, resulting in broken code quality badges until repo is re-added to be scanned again (unlike repo's associated w/ my personal account)

I resolved the issue! At https://github.com/settings/connections/applications/4194d7d196308e89f706 I granted organizations acccess
