CSS inline for Google Speed Test

Hi,
is it posible to change the CSS from extern to inline? I get an warning by google speed test (above the fold).

I wonder if it makes sense now if the cookiebar assets can be combined into one big file with all the other assets of the website? In the upcoming 2.0.0 version the CSS and JS will always have to be included anyway.

This feature will not be provided in 2.0 but still possible with template adjustments.
