Cookiebar does not appear in Contao 3.2.7

Hi there,
i installed the cookiebar in Contao 3.2.7 and it is the Version "1.4.1 stable".
I activated it, bu it don't shows up. There is no markup in the source. js and css is included.
Where could i look to find the problem?

Sorry but version 1.x is no longer supported.
