Error in Backend

The cookie warning fields do not appear in the backend starting point of the page.
Contao: 4.9.27
Cookie Bar: Version 1.4.1 (Cannot be installed higher.)
PHP Version 8.0.17
dev-develop@dev i can not install..

Thanks in advance for any help.

Why not? You should update to version 2.4.1.
