Uncomment out "Find your Brigade"

The "Find your Brigade Button" was commented out by Nicole using commit 'b99b81d'

I need this back; if the original way of doing this is not feasible then at least send a link to 'https://www.codeforamerica.org/join-us/volunteer-with-us'

Let's replace the Brigade Map with this:
