Find out more link for housing code violations fails, message returned is: No project, permit or case was found with that number. Please try a different number.
Digging into this more, I am able to pull up project page searching for the id manually. It appears that my phone is assuming the period at the end of the message is part of the URL, which the page then interprets as the id including a period (so of course fails to retrieve). May be specific to windows phone, I'm unable to verify.
Thanks @cainejette. I had the same issue. Looking into it now.
When I text myself the addresses www.google.com. and www.google.com, (with period and with comma directly afterwards), I'm able to navigate correctly. When I copied the citygram message and sent that to myself, it still includes a period as part of the url, which is strange. My guess is windows phone is trying to be smart about parsing URLs from the content of a text message (and failing), but if you're hitting the issue too, I doubt you are on WP. :)
Removed the periods. That should fix it. Reopen if the problem persists.
