I didn't think I was going to continue my thought in the previous issue but it's too late, I opened my mind hole. This is brief.

Interesting to consider how this applies to the civic tech context.

Also, ask @cydharrell about her design test for prospective 2014 Fellows to redesign/realign a randomly-assigned city website. I believe some of the best responses were people who considered how to make the site work better without re-inventing the entire city's brand identity.
