Sealing App: Migrate to CfB owned repo

Currently the Juvenile Sealing App lives at https://github.com/knod/docassemble-juvenilesealing. We created https://github.com/codeforboston/docassemble-masealing, but discovered that it will be difficult to migrate everything from the old repo over. So instead, we want to look into transferring the existing repo to the CfB organization. Need to work with Matt on this one. Two possibilities:

  1. Transfer repo to Matt who can transfer it to CfB
  2. Get knod admin privileges with CfB temporarily to transfer the repo to CfB
