Problem
Now that our new Newsfeed is ready for launch, we need to add it to the main navbar so it's discoverable by users.
Success Criteria
- New link in the main navbar (as a top-level link next to Browse Bills/Testimony) that links to the Newsfeed page at
/newsfeed(e.g. https://maple-dev.vercel.app/newsfeed)
Open questions
- Do we also want a newsfeed link in the site footer?
