Update the main Read Me (on the landing page https://github.com/codeforboston/safe-water) to reflect the current state of the project(s).
- And the Wiki.
- And the Slack Channel (incl. pinned items)
- And the onboarding document
So that everything is up to date and we are able to onboard new folks remotely.
