New staff listings on the admin dashboard are not mobile friendly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the dashboard as an admin
2. Scroll down to New Staff listings
3. See the dropdown is cutoff and the columns are squished

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The table columns collapse to one column on 3 lines when in mobile sized devices.
Can copy the behavior from the Request for Access section
