Describe the bug
Unable to make a staff member an admin

To Reproduce

  1. Go to http://localhost:3000/staff
  2. click on a staff member (if not any create one)
  3. select edit
  4. select make admin
  5. submit

Expected behavior
I'd expect user to be an admin

The issue seems to be that the frontend is sending an incorrect payload.
