Application to develop community marketplaces. Helps part time or local community to exchange goods and service. Builds community relationships. Personally knowing where one is receiving goods and services.

Example:
John grows tomatoes on his apartment balcony. When about to ripe, can post in the community. Interested person and buy it from John.

Better community relationships. To be part of the community, a community moderator group/HOA can vet and approve.
