Retire Repo or Update to Reflect Webflow

This seems to be the old version of the site, do we want to mark this repo as retired or have some kind of integration to reflect that it's up on Webflow (a CMS solution)?

tied back to the old github domain. Apply.codeforsanjose.org has been registered, but we may need to wait for this to propagate if we want it to point to the webflow site or change settings on webflow to only reflect the subdomain

DNS change has been submitted and we now have codeforsanjose.org and apply.codeforsanjose.org. We will be publishing the DNS records for something like a guide should anyone else need to apply changes in the future
