Growl Notifications not working with the SublimeText Plugin

I've been using Codeivate on multiple machines including a Macbook Air with Growl installed but I don't receive notifications from Codeivate like I do on my Ubuntu Machine. Here's my codeivate-st.sublime-settings file:

How can I resolve this issue?
