ApplicationLauncher textures appear blurry with KSP 1.4. Compression Warning in KSP.Log

WIth the update of KSP 1.4 to the Unity 2017 engine, ApplicationLauncher textures throw a warning in the KSP log and appear very blurry in the UI.
Research shows that in order for compression to work the image size needs to change. Original image size is 38x38 px for earlier versions of KSP.
Testing shows that if the image is resized to 128x128 px, the image quality is restored and the compression warning is removed.

Updated CLS Appllication icon textures to 128x128 px. WIll be included in release v1.2.5.8
