There are two confirmation dialogs shown when deleting a workspace

This is relatively new, Coder Toolbox has a confirmation dialog introduced quite a while back for flows involving the deletion of workspaces from the Coder Toolbox plugin. In the last Toolbox releases JetBrains introduced confirmation dialog of their own that is used through other plugins. We should try to either disable JetBrains default confirmation dialog, or drop Coder's dialog.
