Add Sonatype Nexus repository integration module

Create a Coder module that pre-configures Nexus repository access for workspaces. Should accept API token as parameter and configure Maven/npm/Docker registry settings automatically.

excited to see this happening :)
Ideally passwords can be inherits from the user's secrets, so they are both secure and the user does not need to enter them each time that start or restart a workspace.
Otherwise, if the parameters for the password goes into the template, it should be write only, and not appear in the workspace template insights.
