"Show All Rounds" toggle does not work?

When I go to: https://delegate-dashboard.netlify.app/competitions/ViseSaturdayOpen2023
And click the "Show All Rounds" toggle, nothing changes, all rounds are always shown:

TODO: clearly explain to the user what the toggle does, or toggle should work, or remove the toggle
