Integrate contributors list in Readme

Contributors should be recognized as soon as the contribution is discovered to help ensure their efforts are not overlooked.

Codeplex org has integration for @all-contributors bot. Please use it to add contributors to Readme https://allcontributors.org/docs/en/bot/usage

When PR gets merged you can ask @all-contributors as I did above to add contributor for their contributions

I couldn't determine any contributions to add, did you specify any contributions?
Please make sure to use valid contribution names.
