Cannot wire tag for any snippet anymore

Current behavior

after updating to code snippets 3.6.6.1 tags section at the bottom not working it doesn't respond for keyboard any more

Expected behavior

can write any tag for snippet

Steps to reproduce

create new snippet and try to add it to tag or add new tag
