libretro-thumbnails uses symbolic links to point to identical artwork between different revisions

Basically, the symlinks cannot be followed as this tool currently only works on Windows, and these are likely links for a Linux/Unix-specific filesystem. See if there is a solution that can be found, but this is not something I can guarantee I can reasonably address.

This was easier to implement than I thought, from Windows' perspective they are just files with the contents representing the filename they should point to.
