Mobile Sidebar should be closed by default

Currently, when we're visiting some page, the Sidebar always visible on mobile devices, so we're seeng the sideabr instead of page content

We need to hide the Sidebar for mobile devices by default. And open by clicks on the "Table of Content" toggler
