bug: mobile horizontal scroll when "Table of content" is open

On mobile, horizontal scroll appears after opening "Table of content". Table of content creates a horizontal scroll while it is open, if it is closed, the scroll disappears. Unfortunately, there is no way to attach a screenshot or video for this problem, but you can test it yourself by opening the site docs.codex.so on mobile and opening "Table of content". After testing, I realized that a smartphone is not necessarily needed to recreate the error, since the --mobile variable is up to 980px and lower, so when the screen is smaller, then the open table of content causes this scroll.
