DMS placeholders are not being replaced with zeros when switching from other coordinate systems

See video below. The north field has the underscore placeholder automatically when switching from DD to DMS, the other fields get the placeholders after two or more decimal places are deleted from the DD coordinates. The underscores should be replaced with 0's.
