Unable to remove results filters

Steps to reproduce:
- A user opens a workspace, and runs a query
- User adds a client side filter on anyGeo
- User chooses a point radius. Or choose polygon with buffer
- Accept the filter and see filter seemingly works.
- Try to re-open the client side filter.
user then cannot open filter and has no way to delete
