The CSV export action generates an empty file

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ingest a record
  2. Query for that record and open it in the inspector view
  3. Click the "CSV" link in the Actions tab as shown in the screenshot

Expected behavior

A CSV file populated with fields from the metacard is downloaded

Actual behavior

The CSV file is empty
