Add client IP address to all audit events

Description

Currently the security logger only includes the client's IP and port in audit events that include a CXF message. Update the security logger to include a client IP/Port regardless of whether a CXF message is provided or not.

Expected behavior:

All audit events include the client's IP and port if the event was generated from a client request.
