Fix Tooltip in systemtray

The tooltip of the icon doesn't show the name and version of the product.

Suggested fix: Deprecate the current Taskbar Notify Icon mechanism and replace it with the one provided by https://github.com/lepoco/wpfui (example: https://github.com/lepoco/wpfui#%EF%B8%8F-custom-tray-icon-and-menu-in-pure-wpf)
