• Incorporate scripts that preprocess DICOMs, run feats, etc. into this repo
• prune non-golden notebooks
• general housekeeping to prune directories that are non-essential
• document full procedure for reproducing all results reported in paper in README.md files, from doing all preprocessing on raw fMRI data, to conducting all analyses.

Paper

• Make sure that uniform notation is used for referring to conditions ("Trained" vs. "trained"), statistics, phase, ROIs, confidence intervals ("CI_95" vs. "95% CI")
• Make sure that formatting of parenthetical statistical results is consistent
• Make sure that reference to derived constructs is consistent ("target selection" vs. "target selectivity").
• Make sure way references to object representations is consistent and not too diverse ("expression of object-specific information" vs. alternatives)
• Make methods figure for vanilla object classifier analysis
• Make sure that both methods figures are in consistent graphical style
• Make sure that all results figures are in consistent graphical style
• Make sure use of tables is consistent across sections
• Add stars to bar plots?
• Are we including searchlight results after all?
• Do the citations make sense? e.g., the MVPA ones
• Write cover letter
• Fill in XX's on the cover page
